Abstract

State’s management in order to held good governance will be reached as the implementation of internal audit worked optimal. The effort of implementing the base principals of good governance needs to ger along with the internal audit function which has a role as a management partner to evaluate the weakness in organization controlling system, so that the quality implementation of good governance materialized the appropriate expectation of all. There by good governance will be reached as the implementation of internal audit worked optimal in creating organization in controlling mechanism to evaluate the implementation quality of good governance’s principal.
