Abstract

The demand of good public services quality is drastically increasing. Public have already know their right, and public services that they did, and increase their good service for the public. Public services, as Hughes (1994) told, is the care of Public Administration of Local GOVERNMENT, SO THAT Local government need to realize it as a good service management. One of these aspects is system and service procedures. This paper tries to identifity the system and service procedures which governments do.
