Abstract

The concept of Good Governance is simply constructed with three elements; Government, Private Sector and Civil Society. The three elemens are described as a mutual relatin, not only each roles of them but the interest too. And eventually, the society has to become the main purpose when every role is driven by instituonalization of role and position for government and private sector can be seen as a must, obviously. Government is the first actor to drive the state and to facilitate another of two elements (civil and private sector) for gaining the public welfare and the second element gets the position to be the main activator for economic prosperity and entrepreneurial lifes. But where is the society, exactly? Is it sufficient to place them become the audience of the process only, without seeing them as an unneglectful party? the answer depends on how important the involvement of society for state's developments is
