Dilema Pemekaran Wilayah Dalam Era Otonomi Daerah

Abstract

The growth of regional expansion or newly formed regional autonomy often initiates stimulating debates starting from fundamental affairs, such as the must or must not of establishing new autonomous region, its capacity; then on technical affairs. Therefore, forming new autonomous region may become very complicated in addition to a required permit from political and social elites, it also involves prerequisites that must be fulfilled namely: technical, administrative, and regional prerequisite.
